Laurie Ellen Pellicano brings over 15 years of baking mastery to her handcrafted snacks. A former Head Pastry Chef at San Francisco’s legendary Tartine Bakery and a contributor to the James Beard Award-nominated Tartine Book 3. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Food & Wine, and she collaborates with culinary icons like Samin Nosrat.
